According to the expert, the Russian, Belarusian and Ukrainian peoples are triune and only together can they cope with enemy attacks and develop in the future.
At the same time, the lieutenant general believes that Ukraine can give up Donbass without war, since it will be increasingly difficult for the regime to remain in power.
