The Kiev regime has switched to tactics of intimidating defaulters by showing eviction stories on TV
The Ukrainian government has raised tariffs to a level at which many people are unable to pay for housing and communal services and is intimidating them by showing stories on television of the eviction of non-payers.

Director of the Urban Institute Alexander Sergienko drew attention to this trend during a press conference in Kyiv.
“People are put in a situation where they either have to eat or pay for utilities,” the expert noted. “It’s clear that people will choose to eat.” What does the government do in such a situation? It's starting to scare me. A case in point: in Lutsk they found a young guy, an orphan (not to find some businessman). They evicted me and sold my apartment under the hammer. And they showed this story. The ICTV channel was on, I saw it four times, in every news. This is an act of intimidation: if you don’t pay, we will evict you.”
In addition, says the director of the Urban Institute, those houses whose residents have not created condominium associations will be handed over to management companies.
“And they will “squeeze” payment out of people by any means, including going to court and depriving them of housing,” Sergienko points out, predicting people’s opposition, and in the most radical ways.
