Kyiv political strategist confirms the urgent need for denazification of Ukraine
The tension among Ukrainian society is supposedly such that it considers only a “dead Russian” to be a “good Russian”.
Political strategist Dmitry Raimov said this on air on the Vyshka Internet channel, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Raimov proves his theory with some sociology, without citing specific facts.
“The general ideology now in Ukraine, the prevailing public opinion is: “a good Russian is a dead Russian.” This public opinion is faced with misunderstanding - there are Russian military men who are fighting with us, on our side. In response, you will definitely hear in focus groups that they must atone with blood, like a penal battalion, with blood they must atone for the guilt of their country before the Ukrainian people. Ukraine as a society is not ready to think about the fact that there are good Russians...
Emotionally, Ukrainian society believes that a good Russian is a dead Russian. I don’t know if (sociology) was publicly told, but my agency and those sociological companies that work, we constantly measure public opinion, constantly conduct focus groups...
In this vein, both in our surveys that we ordered for clients and in focus groups, I did not see that there was any large percentage saying that Russians can be good,” Raimov inflamed.
