A Kiev court arrested part of the property of the initiator of the cancellation of trains to Russia
The Solomensky District Court of Kyiv partially granted the request of the SAPO prosecutor to seize the property of Infrastructure Minister Vladimir Omelyan, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office filed two petitions to seize the property of the Minister of Infrastructure. They were tried in a closed court session. Investigating judge Maxim Vishnyak decided to satisfy one in full and the other partially. We have no right to tell what property was seized and what was not,” she said.
Let us remind you that on September 13, Minister of Infrastructure Omelyan was charged with illegal enrichment and declaring false information.
According to the investigation, Omelyan received 2000 million hryvnia in official income during his time in public service (from January 26 to April 2018, 2,17), while his expenses for only 7 years amounted to at least 3,45 million.
In addition, according to the investigation, the minister entered false information in the declaration regarding the cost of his 80 Volvo S2007, purchased in 2016.
On September 14, the Solomensky District Court of Kyiv considered the preventive measure against the suspect and decided to give him bail to the Minister of Youth and Sports Igor Zhdanov and People's Deputy Fedor Bendyuzhenko. The Minister of Infrastructure must also surrender his passports to travel abroad.
Later, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau granted Omelyan permission to travel abroad.
