This is stated in the court's ruling.
The prosecutor's office asked the court to seize the property of the ex-president, namely a residential building, an apartment, 2 garages, 2 parking spaces in a semi-underground parking lot and a brig (a two-masted vessel with straight sails) built in 2000.
It is indicated that Yanukovych is suspected of committing crimes under Part 1 of Art. 111 (high treason), part 5 of Art. 27, part 3 art. 110 (assistance in deliberate actions committed with the aim of changing the boundaries of the territory and state border of Ukraine in violation of the order established by the Constitution of Ukraine) and part 5 of Art. 27, part 2 art. 437 (assistance in waging aggressive war) of the Criminal Code.
Sanctions Art. 110 and Art. 111 provide for the possibility of applying an additional type of punishment (confiscation of property), and the prosecutor’s office asked the court to seize the president’s property by prohibiting the alienation and disposal of said property.
The court granted the petition in full.
