About it reported in court decisions published in the Unified Register of Court Decisions.
All three are suspected of the alleged illegal imprisonment of Alexander Drabinko, the personal assistant of the now deceased Metropolitan of the UOC-MP Vladimir Sabodan.
The court agreed with the investigator’s arguments that, given the gravity of the act and due to the fact that the suspects are hiding from court, they need to choose a preventive measure in the form of detention.
Let us remind you that earlier in the same case, the GPU prosecuted People's Deputy Vadim Novinsky and obtained from the Rada the removal of his immunity.
At the same time, Novinsky himself rejects all accusations, calling them politically motivated.
