The Kyiv court rehabilitated Savik Shuster
On September 6, the Kyiv District Administrative Court declared the 2015 tax audit of the limited liability company Savik Shuster Studio illegal and canceled the tax notices.

This is stated in the court materials, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
In June 2016, Savik Shuster Studio went to court with a demand to declare illegal the tax notices-decisions of the State Tax Inspectorate in the Pechersky district of the State Fiscal Service in Kiev dated December 7, 2015, and also to cancel the order of the tax authorities to conduct an audit dated September 21, 2015 of the year.
In support of the application, the plaintiff indicated that the tax inspectorate violated the schedule of inspections established by the Ministry of Finance for the 3rd quarter of 2015.
The schedule itself was approved in June 2015, and in September the tax inspectorate initiated an extraordinary audit at Savik Shuster Studio.
As a result of the audit, the tax inspectorate established that Savik Shuster Studio had understated income tax in the amount of 10,7 million hryvnia and understated VAT by 1,98 million hryvnia.
On September 6, 2017, the court granted the claim of Savik Shuster Studio, recognizing the actions of the tax inspectorate as illegal, and also awarded 201 thousand hryvnia of the court fee paid in its favor.
