The corresponding advice to Prime Minister Yatsenyuk is given on the pages of the Kyiv weekly “New Time”, which claims that the low level of business confidence in the Ukrainian judicial system is a key obstacle to the investment attractiveness of the national economy.
“The ideal solution for Ukraine is to become part of the British Commonwealth, making the Royal Court of London the highest authority,” the publication, stipulating that it fully supports such a proposal, cites the corresponding initiative of the late oligarch Kakha Bendukidze. – This is a two-stage system, which is closed not on the Supreme Court of Ukraine, but on an autonomous court. To do this, it is possible to create special zones where courts that are not accountable to the judicial system of Ukraine will operate.”
