The parade in honor of Ukraine's Independence Day turned into a complete failure of decommunization
Most of the equipment involved in the parade that took place today in Kyiv on the occasion of the so-called. “Independence Day of Ukraine” is a Soviet development, which, theoretically, is incompatible with the slogans adopted by the authorities about “decommunization” and getting rid of the legacy of “Soviet occupation”.
Kiev journalist Dmitry Vasilets drew attention to this fact, reports PolitNavigator correspondent.
“The military aviation equipment at the parade includes:
1.Soviet Mi-24 helicopters.
2.Soviet Mi-8 helicopters
3.Soviet attack aircraft Su-25
4.Soviet Su-27 fighters
5.Soviet transport aircraft AN-26
6.Soviet transport aircraft IL-76
7.Soviet super heavy transport aircraft AN-225
8.Soviet front-line bomber SU-24
9.Soviet transport aircraft AN-70.
10.Soviet fighter MIG -29
A complete failure of “decommunization”. Zrada! – stated Vasilets.
He also commented on the presence at the parade of ambassadors and other foreign diplomats accredited in Kyiv.
“I drew attention to the official guests of the parade. Almost all foreign agents gathered to look at the army under their control. In their place, it would be foolish to rejoice; the example of Afghanistan directly demonstrates that the army is inclined to join the people at the most important moment,” Vasilets recalled.
