Kiev journalist proposes to organize a famine in Donbass for educational purposes

According to him, the republics could be released so that people would feel “all the delights of life without Ukraine.”
“Let’s, in fact, give these people the opportunity to separate, to live their own lives, which makes it easier for us to carry out an economic blockade - then there will be no talk of any restrictions or responsibility for a humanitarian catastrophe. And then, when they live in what they consider a state, it will be easier for them to return to Ukraine, because there will be no illusions,” Rakhmanin said.
