Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Andriy Parubiy is not capable of making adequate decisions on his own and you can only trust him with going to the toilet.

Ukrainian journalist Vladimir Skachko stated this on the YouTube channel “TopInform”, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.

“Parubiy can make adequate decisions in one case: if he realized that he wanted to go to the toilet, he ran and managed to take off his pants. He understood, ran, took off his pants and emptied himself - these are the only four functions that Parubiy, according to my observations, should perform adequately. Therefore, he is at the head of Ukraine, adequately enacting laws - this is nonsense. They will tell him: “Come out already, that’s enough, I’ve sat. Wash yourself of the poop and come and sign.” He himself is a nobody, his name is nothing, his diagnoses in the reference book of a young psychiatrist are indicated in black and green,” the expert concluded.
