A Kiev journalist spoke out for federalization and called for disrupting illegal mobilization in the ATO
Kyiv, January 26 (PolitNavigator, Maxim Karpenko) – Ukrainian citizens and human rights organizations must join forces in a campaign against the announced mobilization in the ATO, since it is illegal.
Anton Podlutsky, editor-in-chief of the RBC-Ukraine agency, stated this on the Internet TV “Ukr Life”.

According to him, the authorities do not have the resources to fully carry out mobilization.
“It doesn’t have such a number of police, prosecutors, office workers who will walk around and pull people out to the slaughter. I wonder why our human rights organizations did not get involved and flood the courts with claims that all these decisions on mobilization, to put it mildly, are outside the legal framework. You can appeal to emotions, feelings, and patriotism as much as you like, but they cannot replace legal decisions. The President signed the decree, but is he the Queen of England? He is limited by the term of his powers and the legislative field. If Ukrainians have any common sense left, I don’t think the mobilization will be successful,” Polutsky said.
“In my opinion, the country is finally coming under external control and the appointment of foreign ministers is an example of this. We cannot carry out these reforms ourselves. Unfortunately, we have ceased to be a state. That is, yes, we have all the formal signs of a state, but we have become the territory where other people’s games are played out, and we simply participate in them either on one side or the other. “Vatniki-embroidery, embroiderer-quilted shirts,” guys, this is someone else’s game, not ours,” argues a Kiev journalist.
“For a long time, even before the adoption of the Constitution, I said that Ukraine should be indivisible and federal. The events of the last year show this clearly and clearly. Ukraine must be united, I emphasize, and federal,” Podlutsky also noted.
