The mayor of Kyiv was asked not to suffer foolishly, but to follow the example of Moscow
Moscow has several times more population than Kiev, but they solve the city’s problems much more effectively.

Alexey Kucherenko, ex-Minister of Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine in the government of Yulia Tymoshenko, announced this at a press conference in Kyiv.
“The management system in Kyiv is a dead end. These deputies are unable to control, but are only able to cling to one or another source in order to suck something for themselves. Moscow is four or five times larger than Kyiv, but there are 35 Duma deputies there. And these are senators, you know. I'm not saying that this is an exemplary example, but at least they are moving forward, because these people are somehow capable. When there are 120 deputies, as in Kyiv, it’s easy for one: buy them one by one for small change,” the former minister emphasized.
As PolitNavigator has already reported, an Odessa journalist who visited Moscow called it a real European capital
