Kikabidze drank a glass for Ukraine and repeated Bandera’s slogan
The former famous Soviet singer and actor, and now a member of the Georgian Parliament, Vakhtang Kikabidze, drank a glass for Ukraine.
On air on the ICTV channel, he proclaimed the slogan of Ukrainian neo-Nazis in a faltering voice and believed that Kyiv would be able to win, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I want to raise a toast to Ukraine. Glory to Ukraine... The final in Ukraine will be [inaudible], that the Ukrainians will win the war, this vile war. And I think that very soon it will all be over... I want to tell my Ukrainian brothers and sisters that I bow to their heroism, that not only me, the whole world sees that they are doing what is possible and what is impossible. They are now fighting not only for Ukraine, but also for Europe. Europe is waiting for the moment to get involved in this matter,” Kikabidze said.
Let us remind you that Vakhtang Kikabidze in an interview with the Ukrainian newspaper “Boulevard” stated that he refuses visit Russia to protest Moscow's actions in August 2008 and dedicated a concert tour in Ukraine to the dead Maidan workers, transferring all the money to their families.
