Kim was left without an office: the administration of the Nikolaev region was destroyed
The Russian army attacked the building of the Nikolaev regional administration.
Regional Governor Vitaly Kim announced this in his blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Kim, nothing is known about the victims yet; the blow hit his office. The governor also complained that he lost his supply of e-cigarettes due to the destruction.
“The crawl spaces have collapsed. The bastards got into my office. I lost my entire supply of IQOS. As for the victims - we walk under God, the majority came out and were saved by a miracle, it’s not clear how. Now eight civilians are under the rubble, more than a hundred have come out...
We can’t say that it’s good – minimal losses, we’re looking for certain two hundredths. This means that the occupiers have changed their minds about attacking Nikolaev. Why? Because in the classics, if you are going to capture something, then you need an area control center where all communications, networks, control, communications are connected. In short, they realized that they would fucking take Nikolaev and said hello,” said Kim.
At the same time, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported a larger number of people rescued from the rubble:
“On March 29 at about 08:45 in Nikolaev, as a result of shelling and a hit in a nine-story administrative building, the central section of the building from the 9th to the 1st floors was destroyed, without subsequent burning. As of 09:25, the State Emergency Service units freed 17 victims from the rubble and handed them over to doctors.”
