Kirilenko is horrified: Ukraine was struck by an epidemic of abandonment of Crimea
Ukrainian media continue to publish maps in which Crimea is not indicated as a territory of Ukraine.
So, initially Crimea was missing from the newspaper Vechernie Vesti, which is close to Yulia Tymoshenko, and then, as PolitNavigator reported, the peninsula “disappeared” in the story of the UA: First TV channel.
It soon became known that a graphic image of a Ukrainian map without Crimea appeared in the “Bachelor” program on the STB channel.
“The STB TV channel apologizes for the unacceptable error that occurred in the program of March 16 - an incorrect graphic image of the map of Ukraine. This image is an unpleasant technical error for us and in no case is the official position of the STB channel about the state borders of Ukraine, because Crimea is Ukraine!” the TV channel justified itself.
At the same time, the Ukrainian government does not believe that what happened was an accident.
“If maps of Ukraine without Crimea appear live almost simultaneously on two Ukrainian national TV channels right before Putin’s election in Russia, then this is no longer an accident, but someone’s purposeful work,” Deputy Prime Minister Vyacheslav Kirilenko wrote on the Twitter microblog. – I don’t believe in such technical errors! There must be surnames.”
