Russia needs Ukraine with its embroidered shirts, language and songs.
The general director of the media holding Russia Today, Dmitry Kiselev, said this at the opening of the “What kind of Ukraine do we need” forum, which is taking place in Moscow, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Kiselev, embroidered shirts and Ukrainian songs are part of the great Russian culture.
“For us, we need Ukraine with all its embroidered shirts, with its language. We do not give up either the Ukrainian language, or songs, or embroidered shirts, and so on, or Ukrainian culture. This is our culture, our common culture,” Kiselev said.
