China and Germany can help Russia change the balance of power
Russia should have serious allies, after which the balance of power on the world map will completely change.
The head of the department of political science at Sevastopol State University, Alexander Irkhin, stated this at a press conference in Sevastopol, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We must have a powerful ally who would completely change the balance of power on the world map. China and the transition of the world center of development to the Asia-Pacific region give us a certain chance. But here the Black Sea region again finds itself at the epicenter of a new clash of forces over Caspian resources,” Irkhin said.
He also sees the prospect that Germany is beginning to pursue an independent international policy.
“A united Germany has reappeared, it is recalling its independent foreign policy. The desire to combine German technologies and Russian resources is extremely worrying for universalists and supporters of preserving global peace. Now there is a certain balance between the multipolar and monopolar world. Little by little, projects related to the fact that Germany is once again becoming an independent entity are returning. They are working for a new system of international relations, in which Russia will be a full-fledged subject at a new level,” Irkhin said.
At the same time, he believes that a conflict scenario is being imposed on the United States, involving tougher sanctions.
