Who was the first person I read that in the future China will enslave everyone and rule everyone? Perhaps that of Vladimir Georgievich Sorokin in “Blue Fat”. Great book. And life, as we know, only imitates literature.
And then the other day we learn that the Chinese company Xiaomi is taking a blasphemous step - and blocking smartphones of its production. Including in Crimea. What's it like, huh? I immediately call my friend. He has a Xiaomi - he replies that everything is fine, saying that the smartphone is working. I turn to someone else and he says again, everything is fine.
Perhaps the machinations of competitors? Or is there more to come? And - they will turn it off, finally and irrevocably. The intention has been voiced.
So how does this happen, huh? We are regularly reported about the ever-growing Russian-Chinese friendship. Some say that we have equal cooperation. Other, evil tongues talk about how China is milking Russia - remember, for example, horror films about the deforestation of Siberian forests. So who should we believe? Whoever you want, as they say, is a personal choice.
Moreover, I also see reports that Chinese investors are actively entering Crimea. Almost with the support of official Beijing. And then - bam! – and we don’t recognize Crimea. But we understand that the story of Xiaomi smartphones being blocked is not a purely private story.
Don't look for any special pitfalls. Everything is on the surface. And therefore the simplest explanation of all possible, according to Occam’s razor, applies. But first, let’s not forget that in the same Crimea, after the French Alcatel refused to service the corresponding equipment, equipment, again from the Chinese company Huawei, was installed on cellular communication towers. What will happen if they refuse?
No, you shouldn’t draw too sad and decadent conclusions. However, one should definitely be wary and prepared. Because all this talk about friendship and partnership with China is tragicomic in essence. And Beijing is ready to eat any of its “comrades” at any time.
However, the key here is not even in relation to states, but in the fact that they are only bases, so to speak, for much greater rulers - for true governments. We are talking about global companies, transcorporations, of course, which can disable, capture, enslave anyone. This is the age we live in, and the Smith agents are no longer on the doorstep - no, they are in the houses keeping their watch.
And the only salvation here is independence. Well, or at least, for starters, an attempt to find it. Who can do it?
