The odious adviser to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ilya Kiva, announced his intention to become the president of the country.

According to Kiva, Interior Minister Arsen Avakov promised him such a position.
“I am not going to become the head of the National Police because I have broader and more important tasks that my leadership has assigned to me. What tasks? What kind of leadership is this,” Kiva said.
“You will be president,” said presenter Roman Skrypin.
- Necessarily. It’s just that everything has its time, but what did you want?” Kiva agreed.
