Kiva was caught in an apartment “for sex”
The odious Verkhovna Rada deputy, former ATO fighter and adviser to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Ilya Kiva does not live at his place of registration in an apartment building on the Kharkovsky district in Kyiv and drives an elite SUV with fake license plates.

Meanwhile, journalists several times “caught” the deputy leaving his house along Lutheranskaya Street in the very center of Kyiv. The parliamentarian himself stated that he lives at his place of registration, and his neighbors and the watchman do not see him because he comes late and leaves home early. When asked why he often appears in the house, which is located a ten-minute walk from the Verkhovna Rada, Kiva went into intimate details.
“I just start early and finish late. My broadcasts end at 12 o'clock at night, at half past midnight, sometimes I arrive at one in the morning. And I get up at seven in the morning and leave, because I have morning training... On Lutheranskaya, in an apartment, my friend lives there... I don’t have a common life with her, I have common sex with her. You understand, right? Well, this happens. Do you have sex together?” Kiva said.
As for the undeclared car, worth about two million hryvnia, which Kiva drives, according to the parliamentarian, it belongs to his brother; sometimes the politician is also driven to work in a similar Land Cruiser.
In Kiva’s declaration, the source of income that can cover his expenses for renting an apartment, a car and security is indicated by a pulp pit in the Poltava region, which is used for waste in the production of sugar from beets. The deputy allegedly rented it out and earned about 1,2 million hryvnia a year.
