Klitschko and Poroshenko ended up in the same mass grave
The unification of Vitaliy Klitschko with the presidential Poroshenko Bloc on the eve of the autumn elections to local councils in Ukraine is the creation of a symbolic “mass grave” of the country’s current leaders, says Ruslan Bortnik, director of the Ukrainian Institute of Policy Analysis and Management.

“The president’s ratings are falling. In the fall, we will most likely have a new leader of public opinion, and it will no longer be the president. Therefore, in order to save the structure of the coalition, the president is trying to formally record the unification of the forces that make up it. The BPP will absorb partners less successful in the information struggle.
I'm glad this merger is happening. Thus, responsibility will be increased, and people will understand who is really responsible for the socio-economic, political and military situation in which Ukraine finds itself today.
