“On December 20.12.2016, 19, the administrative board of the Kiev regional territorial branch of the AMCU recognized the actions of the Kiev City Council, which consisted in making decision No. 1024/22.09,2016 dated September 23, 00” On limiting the sale of alcoholic, low-alcohol drinks and beer in stationary retail outlets in the city of Kiev from 10:00 to 3:50 hours “a violation, which is provided for in paragraph 9 of Art. 2 and paragraph 15 of Part XNUMX of Article XNUMX of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Economic Competition” in the form of committing anti-competitive actions by a local government body, which consists of establishing a prohibition and restriction of the independence of enterprises in the sale of goods not provided for by the laws of Ukraine and ordered the Kyiv City Council to cancel within a month the said decision,” the message says.
Let us remind you that on September 22, deputies of the Kyiv City Council decided to ban the sale of alcoholic, low-alcohol drinks and beer in stationary retail outlets in the capital. This decision caused numerous protests from small entrepreneurs and was eventually overturned by the court, but the City Council filed an appeal against the court's decision.
