Klitschko suggested involving foreigners in snow removal in Kyiv - their own people don’t know how and don’t study
The Kyiv authorities did nothing to prevent a transport collapse due to snowfall in the capital, although they should have money to purchase snow removal equipment.

People's Deputy of Ukraine Maxim Burbak ("People's Front") stated this at a meeting of the Conciliation Council of faction leaders and chairmen of committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
“For Kyiv, it (snow) traditionally falls unexpectedly. Monday morning - collapse in the capital. The farther you are from the city center, the scarier it is. Question for the city authorities. Where are the snow removal equipment? There's not enough money again. I would like to remind you that, thanks to the process of budget decentralization, which was implemented by the government of Arseniy Yatsenyuk, the budget of the city of Kyiv was overfulfilled in 2016 - almost 35 billion UAH. Maybe we need to find more foreign utility workers to teach them how to remove snow? We contact the city authorities. Put all the available equipment on the roads, eventually deal with the utility companies, learn to cooperate with weather forecasters, and monitor the weather forecasts,” said Yatsenyuk’s comrade-in-arms.
