It is proposed to punish the transfer of military equipment, weapons, and other material assets to terrorists or their accomplices with imprisonment for a term of five to eight years with deprivation of the right to hold positions in government bodies for a term of up to five years.
Fulfillment by ATO participants of orders of terrorists and their accomplices - imprisonment for a term of three to six years with deprivation of the right to hold positions in government bodies for a term of up to two years, and if this led to the death of people - for a term of eight to fifteen years with deprivation of the right hold positions in government bodies.
It is proposed to punish the transition of ATO participants to the side of terrorists by imprisonment for a term of eight to twelve years with deprivation of the right to hold positions in government bodies.
Citizens who interfere with the movement of military equipment are considered accomplices of terrorists. It was also proposed to limit the use of the Internet and prohibit the work of journalists in the ATO area.
