“I think Klitschko will lose to anyone in these elections,” the expert believes. – We used to have a joke during the parliamentary elections in 2012 that even a pole would win in Kyiv if it was opposition. Now you can also joke that even the gates will win against Klitschko if they are not from UDAR. All our simulations show that Klitschko can win in two cases. First: if all more or less noticeable candidates are removed from the elections. And secondly: if there is a very low turnout in the region of 30-35 percent, then Klitschko may try the Chernovetsky effect.”
