Kyiv, February 04 (PolitNavigator, Vladimir Mikhailov) – The absolute majority that Vitali Klitschko’s “UDAR” party has in the Kiev City Council allows them to push through any decisions and ignore criticism, says Kyiv City Council deputy, ex-chairman of the Kyiv City State Administration Vladimir Bondarenko.

“We have Kievrada, which for the first time has an absolute majority, a one-party one, and which may or may not respond to criticism, may or may not take it into account. And make any decision, regardless of what the thoughts, desires or proposals of other factions are,” he said at a press conference dedicated to the new budget of Kyiv.
Vladimir Bondarenko characterized the current budget as too optimistic and unrealistic.
