These figures were announced at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports, by Ruslan Sobol, chairman of the Public Union “Association of Small and Medium Business Owners of Kiev.”

“By the end of February, 20 percent of small businesses in Kyiv closed their operations,” Sobol cited 2015 statistics. - Here's the result. Small businesses transfer the remainder of their assets abroad or, at best, freeze their activities and simply wait. We have come to the conclusion that government policy is aimed at exterminating small businesses. This is a planned program aimed at destroying the remnants of small businesses, which should have a social function. Small businesses employ people laid off from large enterprises. And it is the authorities who do not allow this function to be performed.”
