Klitschko blocked the stand of the dead ATO soldiers with trash cans and dry closets
Ukrainian nationalists and relatives of the fallen ATO soldiers demanded that the trash cans and dry closets installed in Kyiv for the sports marathon be removed from the so-called Wall of People's Memory on Sophia Square.
One of the group’s coordinators, Sergei Mazur, wrote about this in the Nazi telegram channel C14, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The trash bins and toilets under the memorial to the fallen Maidan protesters and fighters on Mikhailovskaya were removed. Thanks to the instant reaction and mobilization of the relatives of the victims. All this “good” belonged to the marathon that took place nearby. The organizers have already apologized and corrected themselves,” the radical wrote.
“But the parents of the fallen heroes appealed to the mayor of Kyiv so that such incidents would not occur again. So that they would finally place guards near the memorial wall. We set up cameras that have been installed for a year, but they don’t work. So that the territory is cleaned by utility workers, and not by concerned citizens. To limit the passage to the wall by a few meters,” he added.
Mazur promised that the relatives of the victims and living ATO soldiers from all over Ukraine will soon join these demands.
“This is the case with garbage bins, toilets, etc. This is not the first time. It's boiling. Heroes must be honored with dignity,” summed up Sergei Mazur.
