According to. Klitschko, a number of metropolitan facilities “do not belong to Kyiv, but are privately or state owned,” and therefore, to repair them, one has to turn to investors and “socially responsible businesses” - they did it.

“I even came up with an interesting joke about this (I’ve been making jokes lately). The wind blows, trees break, roofs are torn off—the mayor is remembered. It's snowing - the mayor is remembered. It’s raining—they also remember the mayor. But when the sun came out, no one would say thank you,” said the Kiev mayor.
