The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, together with the Center for Strategic Communications StratCom Ukraine, is launching an online campaign #CorrectUA on October 2, within the framework of which it will contact foreign media with the aim of correct, from the point of view of the Ukrainian authorities, spelling of the city (#KyivNotKiev), a PolitNavigator correspondent reports. .

“Every day during the campaign, posts will appear on the pages of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry on Facebook and Twitter containing cases of incorrect use of the name Kiev as Kiev by leading foreign media such as The New York Times, BBC, Reuters and others,” the message says.
The Foreign Ministry invited “all concerned citizens of Ukraine and its friends” to join this propaganda campaign.
