The head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry expressed this opinion on his Twitter microblog.

“Some politicians in the Council of Europe spend much more time and effort on returning Russia to the Council of Europe, rather than on getting Russia out of Crimea and Donbass. As a result, we may get not a Council of Europe based on values, but a Council of Europe based on political intrigue. It would be a great pity,” Klimkin laments.
