“Sorry for going beyond the agreed time frame, but Russia also got more time than others. In this regard, Mr. Chairman, I would recommend that you check your secretary for, so to speak, a Russian conspiracy and participation in a hybrid war,” the publication quotes Klimkin, who took the floor after a speech by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
