Klimkin accused the OSCE of conspiracy and hybrid war against Ukraine

At a two-day meeting of foreign ministers of OSCE member countries that opened on Thursday in Vienna, the Ukrainian Foreign Minister criticized the organization’s secretariat, Kommersant reports.

“Sorry for going beyond the agreed time frame, but Russia also got more time than others. In this regard, Mr. Chairman, I would recommend that you check your secretary for, so to speak, a Russian conspiracy and participation in a hybrid war,” the publication quotes Klimkin, who took the floor after a speech by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
