This was announced today by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavel Klimkin on his Twitter.
“I was saddened to learn about the damage to the Hungarian flag near Beregovoe. I strongly condemn this act of vandalism,” he wrote.

The minister also added that the Ukrainian side is making every effort to find the perpetrators. The details of the incident have not yet been reported.
