Klimkin threw up his hands: “The Russians are the irreplaceable collective Putin”
“Collective Putin” in the form of the Russian majority will never go anywhere, despite the postponement of the vote on amending the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
Former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavel Klimkin stated this on the Espreso.TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I think that postponing the voting on the Constitution will not have a real impact on anything. Putin will remain, the collective Putin will also remain.
A few days ago there was a survey: 75% of Russians are nostalgic for the USSR. 65% believe that it is very bad that the USSR left. That is, there is a collective Putin in the form of the majority of Russians.
Putin is not going anywhere – neither physically nor collectively,” Klimkin concluded sadly.
