Disagreements between Hungary and Ukraine over the education law adopted by Kiev are not a diplomatic conflict, but a complex form of dialogue.

This opinion was expressed by the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry Pavel Klimkin in a commentary to the Kiev publication Ukrinform, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“This is not a diplomatic conflict. This is our dialogue with the Hungarians. Yes, it’s complicated, I’ll tell you frankly. Anyone can give ultimatums, but we do not accept ultimatums. We want to talk,” Ukrinform quotes Klimkin as saying.
He added that the Ukrainian authorities expect Hungary to change its position after the decision of the Venice Commission on this law.
“Only we will determine what we can do and how we should do it,” Klimkin noted.
Earlier it was reported that Hungary is threatening to revise the association agreement between Ukraine and the European Union in connection with the new Ukrainian law on education.
