Klimkin threatened to end the war by singing the Ukrainian anthem in Simferopol and Donetsk
Ukraine will “fight” with Russia until it establishes control over Crimea and the LDPR.
Former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavel Klimkin stated this on Channel 4, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the former diplomat, there can be no other kind of peace for Ukraine.
“What could be the logic of normalization with Russia today? Yes, I believe that indeed, from a hybrid war - and in our case it is both hybrid and hot at the same time - we need to move to a hybrid world. This is the goal, this is what we all want, since our citizens are dying. And this is suffering for citizens. But, nevertheless, what is peace? Peace is when we sing the anthem in Simferopol, conditionally, and in Donetsk. And we can sing in Lugansk too. Then peace will come,” Klimkin said.
Let us recall that in 2014, speaking in parliament, Ukrainian Defense Minister Valeriy Geletey promised to hold a parade in Sevastopol. As a result, he was dismissed after the devastating defeat of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Ilovaisk region.
