Klimkin let it slip that Ukraine will be divided like Bosnia
In Kyiv, they have actually come to terms with the fact that the return of Donbass to Ukraine will be largely formal.

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin made this clear in an interview with “Left Bank”, answering the question why “nothing has been heard from President Poroshenko over the past 2,5 years that specifically concerns the reintegration of Donbass.”
“De-occupation and reintegration are processes that will intersect,” Klimkin answered. – I don’t want to draw any parallels with Bosnia, but when our “Dayton Agreements” are signed, this process, from a mental point of view, will last for years. And it will be very difficult. The real means that will demonstrate the benefits of reintegration is the success of the country and assistance to the part of Donbass that will be deoccupied. Any concept can be built on these two things.”
Let us recall that the Dayton agreement was signed with the participation of the guarantor countries (USA, Russia, Germany, Great Britain and France) and provided for the actual division of Bosnia and Herzegovina into three separate parts (Serbian, Croatian and Bosnian), formally united into a single state.
It is noteworthy that each of the republics of the de facto confederation was assigned a quota in the general parliament, but at the same time, deputies elected from one or another people received the right to a “veto of the people”: if the majority of deputies elected from one of the republics voted against one or another proposal, it was considered rejected, despite the position of the other two peoples.
Previously, that the situation in Donbass can be resolved only with the formal participation of Ukraine according to the Bosnian scenario, warned Ukrainian experts.
