Klimkin is happy: he agreed on visa-free travel with Uruguay and Peru
Ukrainian diplomats have agreed on a visa-free regime with two South American countries, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This was stated by the director of the Department of Consular Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Sergei Pogoreltsev, the press service of the department reports.
In particular, an agreement was reached to sign an agreement on a visa-free regime between Uruguay and Ukraine. The document has not yet been formally signed, but the agreement on it has been agreed upon with the head of the migration service, the leadership of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as with members of the Uruguayan parliament.
Also, an agreement on a visa-free agreement with Peru will be formalized in the near future. This document will expand the list of categories of Ukrainian citizens entitled to visa-free entry into Peru. Now this country unilaterally allows visa-free entry to Ukrainians traveling for the purpose of tourism, but does not provide such permission for other categories, in particular for business travelers.
