Klimkin again demands the removal of some “Russian troops” from Donbass, which even the OSCE has not detected

He said this at a joint press conference with the foreign ministers of Germany and France on Wednesday in Kyiv, answering questions from journalists.
“For me, Donbass is an integral part of Ukraine, but not only because Donbass is millions of citizens of Ukraine. The status quo that you are talking about is actually a protectorate of the Russian military, Russian special services, and we need to return peace to Ukrainian citizens and, in the end, just a normal life, so that they feel like people, now they don’t feel like people there,” – he said.
Recall as PolitNavigator previously reported, Recently, the OSCE Secretary General made a statement that the organization he heads has no evidence of the presence of regular Russian troops in Donbass.
