This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavel Klimkin in an interview with the BBC, according to Twitter of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry.
“We have implemented more reforms over the past 2,5 years than in the entire history of post-Soviet Ukraine,” he said.
