Foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavel Klimkin expressed condolences to the relatives of those killed in the explosion that occurred in the St. Petersburg metro on Monday.

“We are finding out whether Ukrainians were harmed in St. Petersburg. I express my condolences to the families of the victims and the injured,” Klimkin wrote in his microblog on the social network Twitter on Monday.
Security measures have also been strengthened in Ukraine. Interfax-Ukraine reports this with reference to the words of the country's Minister of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov.
“Security measures have been strengthened,” Avakov said.
Let us remind you that on Monday afternoon explosions occurred in the St. Petersburg metro on the stretch between the Sennaya Ploshchad and Tekhnologichesky Institut stations. According to preliminary data, at least 10 people were killed and more than 20 people were injured.
