This opinion was expressed at a press conference in Kyiv by Pavel Rudyakov, director of the Perspektiva information and analytical center.
“In Berlin, for the last or penultimate time, we were told what to do,” the political scientist noted. – What to do depends on the foreign ministers. From our side, this is Mr. Klimkin. He is my namesake, I cannot be indifferent to him, since all men with this name are attractive to me almost from birth. But Klimkin is a clown. What is entrusted to Klimkin will not be done by definition.”
