Kotsaba: In response to the “exploded air conditioner,” Western Ukraine would have revolted, just like Donbass
If the “air conditioner” had exploded not in the building of the former Lugansk Regional State Administration, but in Ivano-Frankivsk, then half of the men of Western Ukraine would now be hiding in the forests of the Carpathians and waging a guerrilla war with Kiev.
Ukrainian journalist Ruslan Kotsaba stated this on the air of the Question and Answer program.

“If in those days a bomb had fallen near the building of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration, killing nine and injuring thirty civilians, and the Kiev authorities would have said that the air conditioner had exploded, I think we would have had a repeat of the UPA. Now half the male population would be sitting in caches in the Carpathian forest and there would be a guerrilla war,” Kotsaba said.
