Such an opinion Yuri Kasyanov, a well-known Ukrainian activist and volunteer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, expressed this on his social network page.
“An armed uprising, you say?!.. - No, my friend, this is an ordinary murder. It doesn’t even qualify for political terrorism. What, they slapped the president, the minister?.. A deputy?.. You killed our guy!!!.. Weaklings and cowards - butting heads with the boys, and throwing grenades on the sly... The revolutionaries suck.
There is no point in attempting an uprising. People don't want to. How many times have you unsuccessfully opposed Yanyk? – And suddenly, because of some incomprehensible “association”, everyone stood up... Because people have matured. Because I’ve had enough!.. Today there is no revolutionary situation. No idea. There are no leaders. People are tired…” he writes.
At the same time, Kasyanov is confident that when the time comes and the situation matures, there will be no need to overthrow anyone, power itself will fall into the hands of radical Maidan activists.
“When the time comes, there will be no need to overthrow anyone. No one will defend a bankrupt government. Already, half of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are former Maidan activists and those who went through the war. And in the army. And on demobilization... Then I won’t envy those who don’t love Ukraine,” predicts volunteer Kasyanov.
