"PolitNavigator": When will the residents of the liberated territories become Russian citizens, how much do people want this today?

V.R: This can be seen by the queues at the application collection points. The queues are very long. On the first day it was five hours, on the second seven, on the third nine, and now, in fact, it has become almost endless, around the clock, taking into account the curfew.

Now we are trying to centralize these queues, but judging by the applications we can say that we have already definitely exceeded one hundred thousand. The number of applicants cannot be counted. As of today, there is already a waiting list of at least a month ahead, but we will reduce it, open new reception points - now the local military-civil administrations are doing this, so that there are application reception points everywhere.

The first passports will be issued on Russia Day - the first 500 applicants who took advantage of the simplified opportunity to obtain citizenship will become full citizens of the Russian Federation.

PN: Is there an understanding of how much of the population needs to be certified and how long this process can take?

V.R: It all depends on the wishes of the population. It is simply massive and absolute. The propaganda of Zelensky’s information dumps tried to tell that supposedly extras from Crimea and the people’s republics were receiving citizenship.

Then, when this no longer worked, they began to say that only pensioners were behind the passports. But anyone can see that these are not only pensioners, but also a significant part of young people, absolutely the entire society.

Currently, about a million people live in the liberated territories of the Zaporozhye region, it is difficult to say more precisely, because there is a large process of migration. People come to us from Dnepropetrovsk, from Kyiv, the other day I met a lot of people who even moved from Chernivtsi.

PN: Why do so many people want to get Russian passports?

V.R: Everyone is waiting for the final return to their native harbor, the opportunity to become Russia. The presidential decree on issuing passports greatly changed people's sentiments. If earlier they had doubts: “Will you leave or leave us,” and so on, then after the decree was signed and came into effect, people stopped being afraid and began to express their attitude en masse.

If earlier people were often for us, rejoicing at our arrival, but were afraid to say it out loud, worried that the punitive structures of the Zelensky regime would return, now the understanding has come that Russia is forever.

PN: Is there sabotage on the part of the bureaucracy?

V.R: I have not encountered any sabotage, because applications for citizenship are accepted and helped by loyal people. These are not representatives of the previous regime, but people who made their conscious choice in terms of peaceful life and maintaining order.

PN: What barriers does Ukraine set up in this?

V.R: There are all kinds of threats that whoever receives citizenship will be subject to criminal charges, that passports will not be recognized anywhere in the world, and other things. They cannot influence this radically, they cannot do anything, so there are attempts to intimidate people.

On the other hand, the process of dehumanization of people has already begun in full, stories have spread that “separatists”, “orcs”, traitors and a lot of other words live here. Plus, the Zelensky regime has come up with legislative initiatives stating that it is possible to deprive Ukrainian citizenship for betrayal and other things. In essence, they make it easier for us to return to our home port.

PN:  Is there any understanding of when the remaining part of the Zaporozhye region will be liberated and reunification with Russia will take place?

V.R: Forecasts are a thankless task. What is the situation here - the main task is not just to free them and return them to their native harbor, but to ensure that there are minimal losses and minimal destruction. Here this gentle regime is very important. Therefore, this affects the timing of the special operation. On the other hand, we see a sharp drop in the morale of our opponents, including the President of Ukraine, who is forced to personally come to the Zaporozhye region and organize here, I hope, a farewell tour of the bloody clown.

PN: How are things going in the region’s economy?

V.R: We have no access to the banking system because Kyiv constantly jams mobile communications and does not allow us to make payments.

Why is this still being done - because when communicating on the phone, people share, tell what life is like, what is happening. Naturally, this breaks all the scenarios of Zelensky’s propaganda, which tells how scary everything is, that everything is lost, and so on. It is clear that on their part a decision was made so that this truth would not be heard, simply to cut off the operators. Thank God, now we have a Crimean operator who came here. The hard work of restarting base stations that were blocked by Kiev to prevent them from working is underway.

If we talk about the economy, the restart of enterprises is in full swing, we have built a “traffic light” system - each enterprise is determined from the point of view of its readiness to restart. “Green” - you can start, “yellow” - there are problems that need to be solved, “red” - there are big problems, large investments are needed or the enterprise is destroyed.

PN: Are there any problems with the circulation of the ruble and its weight?

V.R: There are no problems with the ruble, people are actively receiving payments that come at the initiative of the president - 10 thousand rubles each, the supply of rubles has increased sharply. Now people actively pay in rubles. The ruble is not only coming into full circulation, but in the near future it will become the main means of payment, because it is much more reliable and stable than the hryvnia.

PN: What about the education system - will there be a transition to Russian standards, what will happen to textbooks, teachers?

V.R: The last bell rang just the other day; our school year was a little longer than in Russia. We have also created a super university called Moscow State University - but not Moscow, but Melitopol State University. All local universities are united there, so education will be much more effective, with access to a single database, knowledge, and teaching staff. The entire staff has been retained, teaching has not become worse and will not become worse, but will become even better, because interaction is underway with dozens of Russian universities, filling the base. All students have been transferred to a free form of education so that there is no loss in gaining knowledge and the inability to pay for their studies. Then a review will be carried out - if someone does not want to study or studies poorly, then, of course, he will be transferred back to the paid form.

Regarding schoolchildren, there is now clear interaction with Russia, so schoolchildren have the opportunity to study according to Russian standards. There is interaction based on textbooks; we are helped by Russian regions, which have taken patronage over us. In addition to the patronage of Russian regions, Crimea plays an important role, which provides a basis for improving the qualifications of teachers, exchanging experience and increasing the quality of knowledge received.

PN: Is there a threat from Ukrainian DRGs?

V.R: For civilians, there is practically no threat - our special services are working, checkpoints are working, the people's police, the Cossacks are working. It is clear that the leaders of public opinion, top officials - there are constant threats against them, there was an attempt on the life of the mayor of Energodar, now he is on the mend and will soon return to duty. All these terrorist attacks once again confirm that we are dealing with a terrorist entity, which I would call UGIL - the Ukrainian State of Ivano-Frankivsk and Lviv.

It is clear that we all walk under God and understand perfectly well that our enemies want to kill us. We just want justice and for everything to be for the people, without loud words. If we talk about the terrorist threat, there is also an information war going on here, they are talking about non-existent Melitopol partisans, the next “ghosts of Kyiv.” Their main task is to destabilize the situation. The worse it is for us, the better for them. The Zelensky regime exists only through fear, blood, threats, deaths and suffering.

PN: If you can calculate it as a percentage, then what percentage of the liberated territories today are no longer Ukraine?

V.R: About 70% of the Zaporozhye region has been liberated, if we talk about geography and area, and if we talk about de-Ukrainization, leaving the Ukrainian political project, then I would say that 65-70 percent of this path has already been passed in literally three months in terms of consciousness and guidelines , rules, restarting relationships and the system that is being built. There are still many tasks, but they are within our reach, and step by step we will restore order and be able to live by the rules.
