Kolomoisky called the war in Donbass civil and turned the tables on the putschists
The five-year armed conflict in Donbass is civil, and Russia is not directly involved in it.
The fugitive Ukrainian oligarch Igor Kolomoisky stated this on the YouTube channel “Bihus info”, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“There is a civil conflict in Donbass, let’s put it this way. You could say it’s a civil war, the war is simply more global, and this is a civil conflict,” said the organizer of the punitive national battalions.
“So who is fighting with whom?” asked the journalist.
“Ukrainians are with Ukrainians,” the oligarch clarified.
“What about Russia?” the presenter asked a leading question.
“It supports one part of the Ukrainians. If it weren’t for her, this would all have ended long ago. Ukrainians would make peace with each other,” the ex-governor assures.
“Who is to blame for the conflict, in this case?” - the reporters did not let up.
“Well, Russia provoked and organized it. On the one side. On the other hand, not all was well either. On the 22nd, I remember, when the victorious revolutionaries were running, running around parliament, the laws were being repealed: the Kharkov agreements, they shouted, it must be repealed, and the linguistic Kolesnichenko-Kivalov - this provoked this situation. And again, mutual hatred, when the golden eagle began to return to their bases, when they voted on the 21st or 20th, in my opinion, on the 20th in the evening, so that they would all rush to the deployment bases, and they would be fired upon along the way. And all these sentiments, “cleanse the Donbass,” Kolomoisky blamed on the public participants in the coup.
Former journalist, and now Verkhovna Rada deputy, nationalist Sergei Vysotsky on his page in Facebook immediately sharply commented on the oligarch’s statement and expressed the opinion that the words spoken by the businessman about a “civil conflict” put him outside the state.
“Kolomoisky’s latest interview proves that the oligarchy has neither permanent friends, nor permanent enemies, nor permanent values. There are only permanent interests. The words about a “civil conflict” place Kolomoisky outside the state.
All the fellow travelers of the revolution and the national liberation struggle boarded the train at the Kiev station and got off somewhere at the Rostov station.
Russia is stepping up its offensive on the internal front of the war against Ukraine. The existence of the state will depend on the possibility of mobilizing all pro-Ukrainian forces,” the people’s deputy is indignant.
