Kolomoisky defended benefits for his factories in court
The Kyiv Court of Appeal upheld the decision of the previous court, which allowed several factories of Igor Kolomoisky to work with Ukrenergo at the “old” tariffs, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The press service of Ukrenergo reports this.
We are talking about the Zaporozhye and Nikopol ferroalloy plants, as well as Dneproazot, Marganets and Pokrovsky mining and processing plants.
Ukrenergo recalled that at the end of June these enterprises suspended the state company's tariffs for transmission and dispatch, established by resolutions of the National Tariff Commission (NKREKU) No. 954 and No. 955 of June 7, 2019.
“In early August, the court changed the preventive measure, leaving it in force only in relation to the plaintiff (Nikopol Ferroalloy Plant - Ed.) and four other enterprises. Now the court’s refusal means that the tariff remains suspended for the plaintiff and other enterprises,” the statement says.
They are subject to the Ukrenergo tariff (57,4 UAH/MWh) approved by NEURC Resolution No. 1905 of December 12, 2018. For other market participants in July, the tariffs established by resolutions No. 954 and No. 955 were in effect (347,43 UAH/MWh and 8,9 UAH/MWh, respectively).
