Kolomoisky, under the pretext of war with Russia, asks not to consider himself an oligarch

Kyiv, July 13 (Navigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – Chairman of the Dnepropetrovsk Regional State Administration Igor Kolomoisky told how the “war of the oligarchs” began between him and Sergei Lyovochkin, as well as how the oligarchs live now.

“Our oligarchy died with the flight of Yanukovych. With Russia's attack on Ukraine, we no longer have an oligarchy in the country. Is Firtash an oligarch today? He is a very capable person; he manages to influence the situation while he is away from the country, even while awaiting extradition trial. Firtash was considered an oligarch. And I consider Levochkin to be the main oligarch. And a puppeteer,” Kolomoisky said in an interview with Channel 5.

And Firtash is just that... Lyovochkin’s business unit. And Boyko was Lyovochkin’s bureaucratic unit. And the main thing in this company was not Firtash. Levochkin still has it (influence - editor's note).

The situation with Akhmetov is more complicated, and I cannot say tragic, thank God, because it is not tragic. The man lives in Kyiv. And while he lives in Kyiv, maybe he will become imbued with Ukrainization. Everyone was waiting. He said “united Ukraine”. Now, living in Kyiv, maybe he’ll talk to people. He knows the soul of Donbass well, and now he knows the soul of Kyiv well.

Pinchuk was never an oligarch. Kuchma was an oligarch. And Pinchuk was his son-in-law,” he said, noting that Kuchma did not remain an oligarch.

“I became an official,” Kolomoisky answered when asked if he remained an oligarch.

Kolomoisky also told how his information war began with the former head of the Presidential Administration Sergei Lyovochkin and oligarch Dmitry Firtash.

"It accidentally happened. I came one day in April or May and turned on the TV. First national. There's Hromadske-TV. Two clowns are sitting - Leshchenko and Mustafa (Nayem - editor's note) - and talking about technological oil. What are they? Are they specialists? They sit and argue that Kolomoisky became governor in order to steal a billion dollars and put it in his pocket. It was very funny. After that, I wrote Mustafa the famous message, which he made public. And we clearly identified Eremeev and Levochkin. I had several conversations with Levochkin. I was outraged, I wanted to give a public answer, but Tkachenko (Alexander Tkachenko is the general producer of the 1+1 TV channel, which belongs to Igor Kolomoisky - editor's note) dissuaded me, said that it was not nice, that we could not do it on television . And he was right. Emotionally, I wanted to run away to God knows where at one in the morning, I was overwhelmed,” said the oligarch.

“This is how the war of the oligarchs began. And then it turned out that Eremeev apologized. We had a dialogue with him, and he said: sorry, we got excited. He told how it all happened, told who was behind it, who controlled Leshchenko and Mustafa. Leshchenko was managed by Levochkin. We know all these layouts. How many times have I seen, for example, Leshchenko in the reception room and in the rest room at Lyovochkin’s,” noted Igor Kolomoisky.

In his opinion, history will judge whether it was done correctly or not. According to him, the oil in the section from the border to Lisichansk would be enough to produce a large amount of diesel fuel for the rebels.

Let us recall that in early April, Igor Eremeev in an interview with Ukrayinska Pravda made it clear that Igor Kolomoisky headed the Dnepropetrovsk Regional State Administration, allegedly in exchange for permission to pump technical oil from the Odessa-Brody oil pipeline. The cost of this technical oil is about 1 billion dollars. This oil acts as a preservative for the pipeline.
